Look Globally - Act Locally: Integrating Care in the Community for Vulnerable Populations This symposium, presented by the Canadian Research Network for Care in the Community (CRNCC) and the Ontario Community Support Association (OCSA), features top speakers from Canada and from European countries such as Austria, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. These countries have implemented or are currently implementing integration initiatives. A key goal is to learn more about what works, what does not, and what needs to be done at the local level to implement successful integrated client care initiatives. |
