CNA has created a Political Toolkit to assist nurses take an active role in the Federal Election

As part of its ongoing efforts to serve the nursing community in Canada, CNA lobbies parliamentarians and the government to advance nursing interests. CNA also supports nurses’ engagement in the political process by providing them with the tools they need. Look Globally - Act Locally: Integrating Care in the Community for Vulnerable Populations

This symposium, presented by the Canadian Research Network for Care in the Community (CRNCC) and the Ontario Community Support Association (OCSA), features top speakers from Canada and from European countries such as Austria, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. These countries have implemented or are currently implementing integration initiatives.  A key goal is to learn more about what works, what does not, and what needs to be done at the local level to implement successful integrated client care initiatives.

The WRCASN Conference will be Feb 19-21, 2009 in Calgary. The theme this year is Teaching From Within; Supporting Nurse Educators for the Future.
